This policy explains what CleanOcans LLC (“we”) collects when you use Clean O Cans and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number, so we can reach you about your service.
- Service address and access instructions — the address where we clean your cans, plus any gate codes or notes you choose to give us.
- Service preferences — how many cans you have, what type they are, and your preferred cleaning day.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform, and bill for your cleaning service.
- To contact you about scheduling, changes, or service issues.
- To process payments and prevent fraud, through Stripe.
- To meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate, and only as needed: Stripe for payment processing, our email and scheduling tools, and our accountant. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Payment processing
Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer, and for seven years after your last service — the period Arizona and federal tax rules expect business records to be retrievable. After that we delete them. Payment card numbers are never stored by us at all; Stripe holds those.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
