Billing questions

What if I need to skip a cleaning?

Email or call us before your scheduled service date and we'll skip that visit and credit it to your account. There's no fee to skip, and you can cancel a recurring plan at any time.

How do I cancel?

Email or call us and we'll cancel your plan — no retention script, no cancellation fee. You keep any cleanings you've already paid for.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
